Why GRP Interlocking Floors?
This flooring system has generated exciting results in mezzanine design, also for walkways and pedestrian bridge decks. The construction industry is under constant pressure to produce durable structures that are lighter, stronger and quicker to build.
Our GRP Interlocking Flooring system is a one-piece pultruded profile, 40mm deep and 500mm wide over width, with a tongue and groove joint along the length of the panel that gives a firm, sealable joint between lengths of profile. Can be used in a number of other applications where its strength, lightweight and ease of joining provide important benefits, such as Baffles in water treatment tanks, stop locks, floor defence barriers and no theft value.
Meets all the requirements of EN 13706 - Specification of GRP profiles - Grade E23 and is manufactured under ISO 9000 registered quality control system.

Made-to-Measure Products
A Solid Floor with an Anti-Slip Surface
This product is made from glass reinforced isophthalic polyester resin. This is reinforced with glass fibre and includes continuous strand mat and a polyester surface veil as the surface layer. This combination gives excellent corrosion resistance and long-life durability.
It will span 1.5m at a design load of 5kN/m2 with a deflection limit of L/200 and meets all the requirements of BE 4592-4 Industrial type flooring and stair treads - Part 5: Solid plates in metal and glass reinforced plastics ( GRP) - Specification and BS EN ISO 14122 part 2 - Safety of Machinery - Permanent means of access to machinery.
Applications for GRP Pultruded products are rapidly evolving. Reduced mass, corrosion resistance and superior weight-strength ratios offer significant benefits in the built environment. From an initial range of niche uses to industry-wide delivery, the potential for implementation is limited only by creative design and imagination.
