UV Stability
Plastic moulded gratings are manufactured with UV inhibitors. They reduce the damage caused by UV rays, making them ideal for outdoor environments. Our moulded gratings also resist the elements, including rain and frost. They are also highly resistant to wear, tear, impact and abrasion.
Fire Resistance
Plastic moulded gratings also have high fire resistance. Our gratings meet the Class 1 Flame Spread rating of 25 or less, in accordance with ASTM E-84 Tunnel Test Method. We are also able to provide custom moulded grating if you have specific requirements.
Corrosion Resistance
The plastic we use in our fibreglass grating offers superior corrosion resistance over a wide pH range. Our gratings can also withstand a wide range of chemicals.
